Alocasia Black Velvet Pink Variegated TC (in vitro)

This Alocasia ‘Black Velvet’ pink variegated is a compact, jewel-type aroid native to the rainforest floors of Borneo. It is prized for its striking dark, velvety leaves with splashes and sectors of creamy white, pale pink, or silvery-green. The deep, almost black coloration of the leaf surface creates a dramatic contrast against the variegation, making each leaf a one-of-a-kind beauty.

TC plants are grown in a laboratory environment on nutrient-rich agar and have not yet been acclimated to greenhouse or household growing conditions. Upon receipt, buyers will be responsible for the acclimation process, including removal from the culture media and transition to appropriate humidity and growing conditions.

Plants may vary in size, leaf count, root development, and overall appearance. Minor cosmetic imperfections, condensation, or variations in growth are normal for tissue-cultured plants and do not affect viability.
